It's part of you!
Juliet's parent won't allow her to marry Romeo, the love of her life, so Juliet and the priest came together and developed a plan. Juliet pretends to be dead for a day
thinking that by the time she wakes up, Romeo would get her letter of elopement. However, the letter never got to Romeo, Romeo killed himself on seeing Juliet's coupes, Juliet awoke only few minutes latter only to end her life when she saw Romeo dead.
we all are familiar with this story but very few take the time to see how this relates to us as humans. Juliet thought that by the tie she wakes up, the problem will be all gone.
Though she died, but the problem never died, it in fact multiplied and
waited for her. when she awoke, it was too late. Many of us are like
Juliet, we deiced just to take "a little sleep" and then we wake up only
to find out that the problem has suddenly become so large. No wonder the
bible say:
A little sleep, a little slumber,a little folding of the hands to rest—and poverty will come on you like a thiefand scarcity like an armed man. (prov. 24:33.)
We all love to abscond our challenges instead of facing it, it happens to all of us and in one way or the other, we all love doing this because it seems very convenient. Nevertheless, I think it's time to change our perspective of things. Challenges will always come so why not stay and face it? running away won't stop it from coming, and no matter how far you run from it, it will always find you.
Here in look in the mirror, we are going to see some of the things that we usually neglect as humans. I hope to have you here, cause i will always be waiting
love,
Oyindamola.
